The protection of your personal data is an important issue for us. “Privacy by default” is not only a sentence to us, it is lived practice. We always try to process your personal data under legal conditions (GDPR, DSG2018, TKG2003), if are no other jurisdictions abolish that.
In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within this website.


Use of Data / Purpose

Your personal data is processed according to Art. 6(1) of the GPDR and only for the following purposes:

  • To send newsletters
  • To answer questions
  • For safeguarding legal claims or persecution of infringements
  • In pseudonymised form for statistical purposes or optimising the website

If we need your approval for the legitimate processing of your data, we will obtain your approval before processing and inform you about the further usage of your data.


Email Contact

On this website there are email links in different areas (malito). These can be protected against spam, so that there is no visible email address in the plain text. Through this email address you can directly contact us electronically. This satisfies the legal requirement to offer you a possibility to directly contact us electronically. If you use this possibility, we process and store your data in accordance to the GPDR Art. 6(1). We delete inquiries, if they have no use anymore or if there is no legal archiving obligation. If you send an email to us, you agree to the processing and storage of your personal data.



You can subscribe to our free of charge newsletter. With the newsletter you get latest news about our company as well as customised advertising. To subscribe to our newsletter, you need a valid email address. The by you specified email address is checked by us with sending an email to you; the email provides a link to complete the subscription. After confirming the email address, you are subscribed for our newsletter (double opt-in). During the first subscription to our newsletter, we save your IP address with time and date. This happens because of safety reasons for the cause that a third person is abusing your email address and subscribes to the newsletter without your knowledge. Further data is not stored for newsletter subscription. The data is only used for the newsletter.

As newsletter software we are using MailChimp. Your data is transmitted to The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. It is prohibited that MailChimp sells your data or uses it for other purposes than sending newsletters.

Safeguarding of Legal Claims

The provider of websites as well as the CMS are collecting and storing data that are permitted by your browser at every visit of a website. The storing of data takes place in so called Server-Log-Files or in data base tables. Every record in the data base consists of time and date of the visit, the URL of the website, the retrieved file, the amount of sent data, the browser type and browser version, the operating system and the IP address of the user. Combined with other techniques and in conjunction with other data, a personal connection could be possible. But this is not a common practice; this is only used for safeguarding of legal claims or persecution of infringements.


Data Deletion / Storage Period

Data that is provided by you for customer service or marketing and information purposes only, are deleted after three years after the last contact to us. We delete the data earlier, if there are no legal barriers and if you wish that. In case of contract initiation or conclusion of contract, we process your data from completing the conclusion of contract until the end of our guarantee period, limitation period and the legal retention period; also in case of possible legal disputes, where the data is needed as evidence.


Data Transmission to Third Parties

Apart from the described cases of this privacy policy we are not transmitting your data to third parties without your consent or without legal basis.


Data Security

All devices, that are used for data processing, are protected with a strong password. Operation systems and programs or apps, that are used for data processing, are kept current.


SSL / TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TSL encryption for safety reasons and for protection of the transmission of personal data. You can identify encrypted connections, when the address line of the browser switches from http:// to https:// and you see a padlock symbol in the address line.

When the SSL/TSL encryption is activated, your transmitted data cannot be read by a third party.



Cookies are small text files, that are stored locally in your internet browser. Cookies make it possible to recognise the browser and further the user. These files are used to navigate through the website and to use all functions of the website fully.


Session Cookies

In a session cookie a random identification number, a so called session ID, is stored. Further the cookie contains a note about his origin and the storage period. These cookies can not save other data.

The placement of cookies does not allow us to see data on your computer. Session cookies are deleted automatically in the end of the session, this means with closing the browser. Cookies that are necessary for electronical communication channels or for providing specific functions (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored according to the GDPR Art. 6(1).

With analytical tools we can understand in which areas we can improve our website for users, which content is read by users and which not.


Google Analytics

This website uses the function of the web analysis tool Google Analytics. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics is using so called tracking cookies. Tracking cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and make it possible to analyse the usage of the website trough you. The information about the usage of the website is provided with the cookie; it is normally transmitted and stored on a server of Google in the USA.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on the GPDR Art. 6(1). With the gained data we try to improve our website continuously.

IP Anonymisation

We have activated the function of IP anonymisation on this website. Because of that, your IP address is shortened within the European Union and other contracting states of the agreement of the European Economic Area before it is transmitted in the USA. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address is transmitted into the USA and then shortened there. On behalf of the website owners, Google will use that information to analyse the usage of the website and to create reports about the activity and to fulfil further services connected to the usage of the website and the internet. The IP address, that is within the scope of Google Analytics determined from your browser, will not be brought together by Google.

You can prohibit the placement of cookies in the settings of your browser software; but we point out that it could be possible that not all functions of the website can be used fully. Demographic Characteristics at Google Analytics

This website uses the function “demographic characteristics” of Google Analytics. With that a report can be created; this report can contain information of age, sex and interests of the users. This data comes from interest-related advertising of Google and from user data from third parties. This data cannot be allocated to a specific person. You can always disable this function in your Google account or prohibit data collection trough Google Analytics like described in the point “contradiction to data collection”.

We have a contract with Google concerning contract data processing and we are following the strict rules of data protection authorities while using Google Analytics.

Your rights

Right on information

As effected person you have the right to get information, if and if yes which personal data is processed. For your own safety it could be possible that we need to verify your identity in an appropriate form (Art. 15 GPDR).


Right of Correction

You have the right to demand the correction or deletion of incorrect or incomplete personal data, if in consideration of the purpose of data processing and if the criteria of Art. 17 GPDR is fulfilled. (Art. 16 and deletion Art. 17 GPDR)


Right of Limitation of Data Processing

You have the right of limitation of data processing under legal conditions. The data will be processed only with individual consent or for assertion and enforcement of legal claims from the limitation request (Art. 18 GPDR).


Right of Data Transferability

You can insist on unhindered and unlimited data transmission to third parties (Art. 20 GPDR).


Right to Object

You can always object to the processing of your personal data that is necessary for safeguarding of our or third parties’ interests. Your data will not be processed after this objection, unless there are reasons worthy of protection that are outweighing your interests, rights and liberties or if the processing is necessary for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. You can prohibit the data processing for direct advertising with effect on the future any time (Art. 20 GPDR).

If you put use to any of these rights of the GPDR, we will take a stand and act as soon as possible, but not later than one month.
